Terms and conditions
These terms apply to quotes and work carried out by NetDustry, unless we agree something different with you in writing.
Quotes
Our quotes are valid for thirty days and are based on the situation as we found it at the survey. The price stated is a fixed price for the work described.
Additional work
If it turns out during the work that something is needed that is not in the quote, we discuss it with you before we carry it out. Additional work never appears unannounced on the final invoice.
Scheduling and delivery
We agree the schedule with you in advance and take account of how your business runs. If an agreed date shifts because of circumstances, we let you know as soon as possible and find a new slot together.
Handover
Once the work is finished we test the installation and hand over with the accompanying documentation. Any outstanding items are recorded together with you and resolved by agreement.
Guarantee
We guarantee our own work; supplied materials carry the manufacturer's guarantee. Exactly what the guarantee covers is stated in the quote.
Payment
Invoices are payable within fourteen days of the invoice date, unless we have agreed a different term in writing. On larger projects we can arrange payment in instalments.
