Privacy statement
This statement describes which personal data NetDustry processes when you visit our website or request a quote, why we do so and what rights you have.
What data we process
When you fill in the quote form, we process the details you provide yourself: your name, phone number, your email address if you give one, the type of service you selected and your description of the job. We don't ask for more than we need in order to send you a quote.
Why we process that data
We use your details solely to contact you about your enquiry, to prepare a quote and to carry out the work and handle the administration. We don't sell your details and we don't use them for unsolicited marketing.
How long we keep data
Enquiries that don't lead to a job are kept for a maximum of twelve months. Data relating to work we have carried out is kept for as long as our legal record-keeping and guarantee obligations require.
Processors and third parties
For the website and email handling we use external service providers for hosting and email delivery. They process data solely on our instructions. We don't share your details with other parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Statistics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to see at an aggregate level how the website is used, so we can improve it. This data cannot be traced back to an individual visitor. You can refuse statistics cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Send a message to the email address below to do so. We respond within four weeks.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first — we can usually sort it out together. You also always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch data protection authority).
