Which areas do you cover?

We work throughout the Netherlands. For larger projects we travel the whole country; for smaller jobs and faults we look at each case to see what makes sense in terms of travel time. Give us a call and we'll tell you straight away whether it's practical.

How quickly can you come out?

We usually respond to an enquiry within a few hours on working days. When we can actually start depends on the size of the job: a fault or small job often within a few days, a complete project we schedule with you.

How does the quote work?

We come and look at the job first and take measurements. You then get a quote with a fixed price for the agreed work, so nothing catches you out later. If something changes during the work, we discuss it beforehand and not on the final invoice.

Are you certified and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're an approved installer through InstallQ, VCA certified for working safely on site, and we work and hand over to NEN 1010 and NEN 3140. We also carry liability insurance. Every certification on this page links to the body that issued it.

Do you work for businesses and homeowners?

Accepted Answer

Both. Most of our work is commercial — hospitality, hotels, warehouses and schools — but we also do domestic installations, consumer units and faults. The way we work and hand over is the same.

What guarantee do you give?

Accepted Answer

We guarantee our own work; materials carry the manufacturer's guarantee. Exactly what's covered is set out in the quote, so you have it in writing before we start.

Question 7

Can I send a photo for a quicker estimate?

Please do. Send us a photo via WhatsApp of your consumer unit, say, or of the situation on site. We can often tell you roughly what's needed and whether we need to come out for a firm price.

Can you come out for faults?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we help with faults. Call rather than email in that case — then we can judge straight away how urgent it is and when we can be there. Existing clients with a maintenance agreement take priority.
